Normally General Elections are being held for the Lok Sabha and State Assemblies after five years. But in certain circumstances, the elections for the Lok Sabha or for the State Assemblies are being held mid term due to number of games several times. These elections have now been very expensive and all its burden falls on the common man of the country. Similarly, in the States also mid term elections are held in such a special circumstances. Thus the general elections of the Lok Sabha and that of state Vidhan Sabha's are being held on different dates which creates huge money transactions and the burden comes on a common country men. The Central Government should ensure that elections of the Lok Sabha and all State Assemblies are held simultaneously after five years and to gather  so that the election expenses could be curtailed. The present system has now become defective and due to this even now, the corruption has gone rampant , un employment in the educated youths and inflation has been increased manifold. Keeping all these expects in view , the Central Government should change the present system so that in future elections of the Lok Sabha and the State Assemblies are held to gather and only after five years. FIRST HIKE OF Rs. 7.50 per liter AND NOW REDUCTION OF RS.2/-

The policy of the U.P.A. Government first to enhance the prices of petrol Rs.7.50 per liter and after millions of crores of rupees loss during processions, agitations and Bandhs, now the price of Rs.2/- per liter has been reduced. This is the people populist policy of the U.P.A. Government in the country. The enhancement of prices of Gold and Shilver arbitrarily and speedly is a warning to the U.P.A. Government in the Centre. Similarly, the devaluation of rupees against the U.S.A. $ is another danger to the country. The U.P.A. Government came into power during 2009 and till now, the unemployment in educated youths, inflation, corruptions, black money has been increased manifold. The Central Government has very badly failed to protect the people of the country from such evils which are man made at the top level wheather they are polticians or bureaucrats or big Industrialists or Babas( Tantriks) or any other shamless anti country people becoming rich to richer against the poor to poorest in the society.                                          The land mark judgement delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India yesterday the 2nd of February,2012 on corruption and nepotism is appreciable by the country men. The Supreme court has acted very patencensly and adjudicated the matter very carefully.The  Democracy in India  inherently has been checked and gave a message of impartiality. This Judgement will send a strong signal to the whole world that in India rule of law alone will prevail. It further  shows the independent character of the Indian Judiciary. This shows that irregularities and illegalities of Ministers or any one done to favour for their self benefit will not be tolerated any more. Any one if done any favouritism to get any undue benefit  through illegal means it will be undone by the Judicial review. We all should be proud to have a matured, independent and active Judiciary in India from top to bottom.

                                           The country men want that in case of matter of black money in foriegn and Swiss Banks pending before the  Supreme Court of India , it should also be adjudicated very care full and the dishonest and shameless "Gaddars" of the country should be brought to book and exemplary death penalty should be awarded to all them besides, the entire such black money should be ordered to be brought to the country by an enactment and be distributed by way of pension to each family Rs.one lace per month initially for five years. The list of such dishonest and shameless persons who are " Gaddars" of the country should also be got published for the information of the country men. Those politicians sitting in the helms of affairs and ruling the country and favouring such elements should also be brought to book so that any one who so ever will rule the country should not dare for such omissions and commissions at the cost of country men. The Hon'ble Supreme Court should also intervene  into the artificial un employment created amongst the educated youths of the country by the Central Government of the day . Similarly, the artificial inflation created for the last three years in the country should also be got checked. UNEMPLOYMENT, INFLATION AND CORRUPTION IS THE NEW POLICY OF THE U.P.A.GOVERNMENT.

              The people of the country are quite surprised at this point of time the increasing population of the country, thereafter increasing un employment amongst the educated youths, increasing inflation and widespread corruption all over, is the new policy of the U.P.A. Government in the Centre? Where the country is going this time? Have any top leader in the ruling party in the Centre is vision on all these burning problems? The answer is " Not " in front of the public of the country. Every 2nd educated youth is un employed. After gaining proper qualification the youths are not getting service in Government , Semi Government or in Private Sector , thereby , they are choosing the way of drug mafia, thefts, smuglings, docoities, Naksalbad and a law and order problem is created in the country every where. Under the UPA rule in the centre the prices of all daily needs commodities have been enhanced ten to 20 times and the common man, poor and middle, even upper middle classes are at the verge of starvation. Five year term of NDA government under Atal Behari Bajpai, could control the prices of daily needs commodities but now within three years these havve been enhanced and now out of reach to the people of the country. As regards, the corruption is concerned in the country, it can be seen from " Adarsh Building", 2 G spectrum, Common Wealth Games, National Rural Health Programme, National Urban develpment programme and like wise in the states, whether Land scams and other multipherious scams every where.

                        We the Indians cursed the Turks, Muslims and Britishers for looting the India but now to whom we should curse. After independence the dishonest top polticians  Indians  who remained in power looted the country, like wise bureaucrats , judicial officers in connivance with polticians, big Corporate houses, deposited the hard earner money of the public of India into the foriegnment Swiss banks putting the countrymen into poorness, hampering development of the country. HONERATIUM OF ANGANWARI WORKERS/ HELPERS ENHANCED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA BUT NOT RELEASED BY THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH

1.                   The Government of India had made announcement for the increase of honeratium of Anganwari woerks/ helpers through out the country to the tune of Rs.1500/- per month w.e.f. April, 2011. The Union Government had made provisions to the State Government on this account. But it is surprising that the State Government of Himachal Pradesh, has not yet increased the honerarium of the Anngalwari Workers/ Helpers in the State so far. Neither their month honerarium has been increased and paid to them but the arrears have also not been paid. The poor workers/ helpers are helpless with the ignorance to them by the State Government. These poor women are crying for their legitimate financial benefits but the State Govt. is not hearing to their grievances since long. The posts of Supervisors are vacant which are about 500 but the State Government has not filled up these posts from amongest Anganwari Workers. These workers are being harassed un necessarilty by the State Government of Himachal Pradesh. The budget/ funds received by the State Government from the Government of India, it seems that the same has been used for other purposes thereby deniying the legitimate rights of them. How, the State Government can get favour from them and their other family members during the coming next Vidhan Sabha Elections during during this year end, 2012. This is a matter of grate concern to all , how the State Government is functioning and treating them grass root level women workers in the State. ELECTIONS IN FIVE STATES--PRESENT POLTICS

                   As per the announcement made by the Chief Election Commission of India, the election process in five States i.e. Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttrakhand, Goa and Manipur has since been started. The all leading political parties are making their announcements for getting votes to their respective parties. All the parties contesting elections are not making any effective measures for the erradication of un employment amongst the the educated un employed youths. This has effected the economy of India to day. The other espect is inflation which is hard hitting the common man. The third one is corruption. The corruption at the top political circles, beaurocratic level, big business houses is down grading the country every moment. The movement started for the erredication of corruption by Anna Hazara and his team is the need of the hour. The forth one is black money deposited in foreign Swiss banks. The Government of India U.P.A. is not at all serious in respect of all these problems of the country. Rather, the U.P.A. Government is harassing every those persons, organisations who so ever is fighting on account of these problems. Before independence, the Britishers have looted the country and our ancesstors got independence after sacrifying their lives. But now, the Indians are selling the country's intersts for their vested interests. Those who are involved in such activities and responsible for un employment, inflation, corruption and black money should be put in jails and exemplary punishments should be got awarded besides confection of their ill got money to the Govt. exchequire.
