At present the Indian country is only being run by the God and not by the public representatives sitting at the top i.e. in Government and opposition in the Lok Sabha, State Assemlies, Zila Parishads, Block Samittees and at Gram Panchayat level. Every where the news of corruption being heard on almost all the Electronic and Print Media.Whether you can take the case of "Adaras Building " in Mumbai where top class Polticians, Military Officers, Bureaucrats are involved on the behast of Kargil War Wards. The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha is blocked for almost during winter session on 176 lacs crores of Rupees Scandle by the Telecommunication Minister, A Raza and his associates. If the Central Government is sincere to run these augest Institutions why the Joint Parliamentary Committee is not being constituted? The public money is being misused by the Polticians who have been sent to the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha as no fruitful transaction have been carried out by these Auguest Houses. The corruptions in the buildings at Delhi are rampant. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has rejected the Petition of Allahabad High Court to expunge the remarks of corruption by the Judges. The land scandle by the Chief Minister of Karnatka is another biggest episode. The black money in foreign and swiss banks as quoted by the Swiss Bank that " All Indians are poor but India is not a poor country says one of the Swiss Bank Directors. He says that 280 lac crores of Indian Money is deposited in Swiss Banks which can be used for taxless Budget for 30  years .Can give 60 crores jobs to all Indian. From any village to Delhi 4 lane roads, Forever free powers supply to more then 500 Social Projects. Every citizen can get monthly 2000/- for 60 years. No need of World Bank & IMF loan. Think how our money is blocked by rich polticians. We have full right against corrupt Polticians, Bureaucrats, Military Officers, Judges etc. Every where there is a Land Scams, Every where there is a buildings Scam, every where telecommunication scam are going on . The entire money of the Indian poor people have been blocked by the rich dishonest as referred to above. Where the public may go for the redressal of their grievances. Similar situation is in the States. The Central Government schme " MNREGA" is being misused by the local village Panchayats and local public repreenatives for their own benefits by one way or the other. The Law of the Contempt of Court had been made by the British Rulers and emporers of British Rules for their safty. No one can say on corruption in the judiciary right from Supreme Court to the Sub-Judicial Magistrates with the fear of contempt. Such laws should immediately be dispense with so that every citizen may complaint through the Electronic and Print Media against the corrupt persons sitting in the judiciary. One step taken by the Supreme Court by refusing to strike off " rotten" remarks against the Judges of Allabad High Court. But this only does not serve the purpose. Who so ever are appointed and a authority Constituted for safe guard the interest of public to minimise corruption, that authority also become corrupt. GUIDELINES TO THE L.P.G. CONSUMERS FOR THEIR SAFTY.

Have U ever heard about LPG gas cylinder's expiry date....!!


Do you know that there is an expiry date (physical life) for LPG cylinders? Expired Cylinders are not safe for use and may cause accidents. In this regard, please be cautious at the time of accepting any LPG cylinder from the vendor.

Here is how we can check the expiry of LPG cylinders:

On one of three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha numerically as follows A or B or C or D and some two digit number following this e.g. D06.

The alphabets stand for quarters -

1. A for March (First Qtr),

2. B for June (Second Qtr),

3. C for Sept (Third Qtr),

4. D for December (Fourth Qtr).

The digits stand for the year till it is valid. Hence D06 would mean December qtr of 2006.

Please Return Back the Cylinder that you get with a Expiry Date, they are prone to Leak and other Hazardous accidents ...


The second example with D13 allows the cylinder to be in use until Dec 2013 .

Every L.P.G. Gas connection holder in the country should be aware about the expiry date of the L.P.G.

 Cylinder as it is noted under one of the three thumbs on the top of every cylinder. On purchase of the

new filled cylinder, this date must be seen to avoid any unforeseen accidents . If the date is expired

and is seen before purchase, the cylinder must be returned so that any accidental / disastrous situation

could be avoided. This is very important for every house hold. If need be, a proper complaint must be

lodged with the Food and Supplies, Civil Supplies and Consumer affairs Department office located in

the jurisdiction of the particular consumer of L.P.G. If no action is taken by the officials of the

Department competent to take action against the L.P.G. Gas Agency, a complaint must be filed before the concerned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, for getting the order from the Forum, for the

cancellation of Licence of the defaulter Agency beside claiming of compensation from the owner of the

Agency. Therefore, every L.P.G. consumer should be aware of his rights as provided under the

Constitution and further in the Consumer Protection Act, 1906.

Dear colleagues, I am working in Blore Software City ...... I wanted to share an incident of my life with you, hoping that it may be an eye opener to you so that you can live more years.

On 27th October afternoon, I had severe heart attack symptom and I was rushed to the hospital.

After reaching to the hospital, the doctors prescribed a test called angiogram. This test is basically to identify blood flow of heart arteries. When they finished the test they found a 94% block in the main artery, please see the image below with red circle.

At this point, I wanted to share my living style, which has caused this block in my heart arteries. Please see the below points of my life style, if any of these points are part of your life style then you are at risk, please change yourselves.

1.I was not doing any physical exercise for more than 10 years , not even walking 30 minutes a day for years.

2. My food timings are 11:00 AM Breakfast or no Breakfast, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Lunch and dinner at 11:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

3. Sleeping in very odd timings, going to bed between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM. Waking up at between 9:00 AM and 10:30AM ........ Some times spending sleepless nights.

4. I used to eat heavily because of long gaps between lunch and dinner and I used to make sure that Non-Veg is available most of the time, there were times when I did survey on city hotels to find delicious Non-Veg dishes. I was never interested in vegetable and healthier food.

5. Above all I was chain smoker from years.

6. My father passed away due to heart problems, and the doctors say the heart problems are usually genetic.

Once they identified the major block they have done immediately a procedure called angioplasty along with 2 Stints, mean they will insert a foreign body into the heart arteries and open the blocked area of arteries. Please see the below image after the procedure.

I learnt from the doctors that 60% people will die before reaching the hospital,20% people will die in the process of recovering from heart attack and only 20% will survive .. In my case, I was very lucky to be part of the last 20%.

1. Need to have physical exercise for minimum of 45 minutes daily.

2. Eat your food at perfect timings, like how you eat during your school days. Eat in small quantities more times and have lot of vegetables and boiled food, try to avoid fry items and oily food. Fish is good than other non-vegetarian food.

3. Sleep for 8 hours a day, this count should complete before sun rising.

4. Stop smoking.

5. Genetic problems, we cannot avoid but we can get away from it by having regular checkups.

6. Find a way to get relived from the stress (Yoga, Meditation etc).

So I urge you all to please avoid getting into this situation, it is in your hands to turn the situation up side down, by just planning / changing your life style, by following simple points above.

HOW TO ESTABLISH THE PRO-HINDU GOVERNMENT IN INDIA

Sonia's daughter Priyanka Vadera and her husband are also Christians. India'a Defense Minister is A. K. Anthony, a Christian.

Sonia's closest ad visors are: Margaret Alva (resigned yesterday),Oscar Fernandes, Ambika Soni, all Christians (yes, despiteAmbika' s Hindu sounding name, she is a Christian). India 's Vice President is Mohammad Hamid Ansari. Ahmed Patel, Gulam Nabi Azad and Salman Khurshid the core members of Sonia's think tank are all Muslims.

Dr. Shakeel Ahmad is Minister of State in Home Ministry, a

very sensitive post. One more fundamentalist Islamist E. Ahmed, President of the Indian Union Muslim League is the Union Minister for External Affairs. Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Ramvilas Paswan, the deadly combination of Leftists-cum- Islamists) , who have entrenched themselves in the corridors of power and reduced Hindus to second class citizens in their own country, Hindus have to shed their squeamishness, and make a Machiavellian move to end this sordid chapter of servitude and vulnerability.

Here are some of the suggestions which if implemented seriously could bring the desired results:

1. First of all, Hindus have to set their own house in order. RSS/VHP/BJP/ ABVP/Bajrang Dal/Shiv Sena/Akali Dal and other Hindu-Sikh groups should put their heads together and take an oath in the name of God that they would use all the resources at their disposal to ensure the victory of Hindu forces at any cost. They have to pledge sincerely that they would not say or do anything that would create a rift in the Hindu United Front.

2. There are 150,000 millionaires and 40 billionaires in India mostly Hindus. Further, the assets of NRIs alone are worth one trillion US dollars. This colossal financial power of Hindus has to be used properly to revitalize and

reinvigorate the Hindu nation. We have to convince our wealthy brothers that their riches will be reduced to zero in the next 75 years, if Hindus become a minority in India , as it happened in Pakistan , Bangladesh and Indian Kashmir .

3. We have to devise appropriate methods to approach these wealthy Hindus and encourage them to form a cartel of Hindu millionaires/ billionaires. We should urge all our Hindu brothers to play the role of Bhama Shah who had offered his entire wealth to Maharana Pratap Singh to fight the Mogul tyrant Akbar.

4. We should assuage the hurt feelings of our Hindu brothers,Sadhus and Sant Samaj who have grievances against the BJP and win back their trust. Then, we should organize and mobilize Dharmacharyas with the help of Acharya Sabha and Vishwa Hindu Parishad. If all of them work with a missionary zeal, we could certainly turn the tables on our opponents.

5. We should also feverishly try to bring back in our fold the leaders like Dr. Subramanian Swamy, Uma Bharati and others. We should suitably accommodate leaders like Kalyan Singh andVinay Katiyar. (In the past, we have sought cooperation ofMayawati, Mulayam Singh, Ram Vilas Paswan, several times. Now, there is no harm in taking back our own people without humiliating them.)

6. We should hire media professionals and use E-mail system, print and electronic media intelligently and to the fullest possible extent.

7. If Hindus vote strategically, it is not hard at all to form a pro-Hindu government in India . Everything depends on how enthusiastically, forcefully and honestly we work.

8. If we manage to bring the 40% Hindu population to the polling booths, we can easily form a pro-Hindu government. I do not think it is a stupendous task.

9. Our leaders should learn to speak with unshakable confidence in their capability and inflexible determination to achieve the requisite results.

10. If the BJP leaders come up with a clear cut resolve and message that upon being voted to power they would extirpate terrorism from the Indian soil, I am absolutely certain that all the Hindu-Sikh people will vote for BJP.

11. Our leaders and volunteers should shun the lackadaisical attitude. We should carry on no-holds-barred high-decibel campaign to denounce and discredit our adversaries.

12. There are about 50 Parliamentary seats in India where non-Hindu votes do not count. We would suggest that VHP, Uma Bharati and other staunch Hindu leaders in consultation with BJP and RSS strategically field their candidates in these places. However, all the parties should ensure that Hindu votes are not polarized.

13. BJP can rake up a ruckus in their election campaigning on the question of exorbitant price rise and, thereby, they can utilize voters' disenchantment with the government in its favor.

We have to affirm: "Enough is enough." For the survival of Hindu civilization, it is absolutely essential that Hindus wake up from the deep slumber and learn to work in unison. There is no time for

dilly-dallying.

The global race for conquering the soul of India is going on apace. Furthermore, we are familiar with the well-known adage that time and tide wait for none. Therefore, cudgel up your sleeves and be ready to take control of your destiny in your own hands.

We should also remember that limitations are only in the mind. In reality, nothing is truly unattainable for those who dream

big.

GRIEVANCES OF SENIOR CITIZENS IN INDIA

Several times it has been requested by sending resolutions from the side of Senior Citizen Forums, State of Himachal Pradesh, that the Government of India has created parity to the Senior Citizens in the country. The Senior Citizen are allowed 30% rebate in the fare in Indian Railways at the age of 60 years but the rebate in Air Flights and Income Tax  this concession is allowed at the age of 65 years of age. This parity of age in respect of senior citizens should be removed and the age of sixty years may be fixed for all type of concessions to this class of persons in the country. The matter has been raised and brought to the notice of the Government of India severa times through sending communications from different platforms set up for the benefits of the Senior Citizens, such as Age Care India, International Senior citizen's All India Association and other several forms in India at different States and U.Ts. It seems that the Government India is not taking any notice of such type of grievances by removing the age disparity for the rebate and concessions to be provided to the Senior Citizens. By writing these grievances in this blog, the Government of India particularly the Prime Minister of India is again requested to intervene and issue necessary directions to the concerned Ministery to remove this age disparity of senior citizens at the earliest possible. ARTIFICIAL LAKE AT BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH

About ten years ago , theCentral Government had decided to construct an artificial lake at Bilaspur and an amount of Rs. 1.5 crores was sanctioned for the purpose. It was to gather the water from the Gobind Sagar Dam as its water level rises and then not allow it to recede when the level goes down. Like many other projects in the District , the lake project has not taken place. A design for approval to the Government several years ago was sent and it is learnt that it was firs approved but later the earlier proposal was turned down for making necessary changes. The Admininistrative and technical difficulties and reason responsible for the delay , the system retained, regulate and control the release and filling of water in the lake even after the backwaters of Gobind Sagar begins to recede. In the name of toursm , there is nothing at and in Bilaspur District. If artificial lake is constructed, the tourism would have taken place. Women Empowerment given top priority in Himachal Pradesh

There have been several articles written earlier on the worst conditions of the Angwan wari workers and helpers in the country. The news item appeared in a section of press , the Minister of Social justice and empowerment , Himachal Pradesh, stated that she has takn up the matter for the enhancement of honerareum to the workers and the helpers with the Central Government in a meeting at New Delhi to the tune of Rs.4000/ per month for Workers and  Rs.3000/- to the Helpers. This recomendation from the state Government is baseless keeping in view the duties and the responsibility given to them at the grass root level in the villages for the help of small children and pragnent women in the socieity. It may also be brought to the notice of the Central Government that a news item appeared on 5.5.2010 from the side of Sh. Vir Bhadra Singh, Hon'ble Central Government Sleal Minister. that the matter for the enhancement of salary of the Angwanwari Workers and Helpers in the country . The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India has principally agreed for the enhanement of salary of these employees instead of honerareum and are being proposed to be treated as Government Servants. This News item appeared in Divya Himachal ( daily ) Hindi News paper on 5.5.2010. The public and these employees in the country waiting the final nob from the Central Cabinet as mentioned in the News Item. Therefore, an immediate action at the level of Centra Government must be taken as early as possible.As it is aware to all the functionaries in the State and Central Government level that the honerareum being provided to the Anganwari workers and helpers is quite less and their service conditions are also not favourable to them. I have brought this fact to the notice of the authrorities several times through my blogger.com but nothing is being done to these workers and helpers. The political parties are expoiting them now and then for their selfish motives by onganising rallies , dharnas and processions against the State Governments and that of Central Government throughout the country. In Himachal Pradesh, the Govt. have changed the promotion rules of the anganwari workers which is quite unfortunate. Their promotional quota should remain 90% as it was ealier to the post of Supervisors. So many posts of supervisors are vacant and are not being filled up . The salary instead of honerareum should be termed to them and at least 6000/- per month to the workers and 3000/- to the helpers. At the grass root level they have been entrusted multiple duties and burdened with heavy work. They should be declared as Government servants and pensionary benefits should be given to them besides all other service conditions as a Government Servants. Himachal Pradesh Unit of Bahujan Samaj Party has strongly critized the Central Congress led U.P.A. Government for making discimination against  Himachal Pradesh Government  led by the B.J.P. for not providing sufficient funds by the 13th Finance Commission and for curtailing the Industrial Package already provided to Himachal Pradesh up to March,2013 to March 2010.

Sita Ram Dhiman, Senior Leader B.S.P. Himachal Pradesh at Shimla and General Secretary Pensioners Welfare Association says that due to providing in sufficient budged by the 13th Finance Commission to the B.J.P. led Himachal Pradesh Government, the financial condition of the State Government is worsened and due to the fact, it is not possible for the State Government to release the financial benefits of its employees and pensioners due to them as arrears on account of 6th Pay Commission which has already been implemented by the State Government out of its meager budget but now the employees wants that their arrears should be released in two installments as the central Government has already released to Central Government Employees. Similarly the Industrial Package already provided by the then N.D.A Government led by the B.J.P.  in the centre up to March, 2013, has also been curtailed by the present Congress led U.P.A . Government in the Centre to March,2010. The Industrialists who have set up their Industrial Units in Himachal Pradesh are now planning to migrate out of the State due to non extension of the Industrial Package by the Central Government. Thus the Central Government is discriminating against the Himachal Pradesh Government for not providing sufficient budget and for curtailing the Industrial Package.

Sita Ram Dhiman further says that  keeping in view all the facts and circumstances leading to unrest in the State of Himachal Pradesh due to wrong policies and program of the Central Government, the B.S.P. Unit Himachal Pradesh urged  the Prime Minister, Finance Minister, and two cabinet Ministers from Himachal Pradesh Mr. Vir Bhadra Singh and Anand Sharma for restoration of all legitimate rights of the State of Himachal Pradesh.

                   Sita Ram Dhiman, further says that it is worth mentioning here that the B.S.P. fought 2007 elections on all the 68 Vidhan Sabha constituencies and got 8% votes in the State for the first time and merged as 3rd force in the State. One M.L.A. from Kangra had been elected on the BSP ticket who later joined the B.J.P.  About 15 candidates of the B.S.P. in the state had a marginal defeat. If all those had been elected, the B.S.P. Government was inabitable in the State. Now the B.S.P. is launching its base upto the booth level in the State and hope that in the next elections, this Party will form the Government in the State.

The people of the State were very happy on the announcement of Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal on becoming the Chief Minister ,Himachal Prasdesh , for this term that he will not prefer and like any type of "Gul Dastas, Fool Dastas, Garlands etc." and also announced that he will not like that any citizen should touch his feet. The habit accepted

by the people of the State during congress rule for giving garlands, gul dastas, Fool Dasta and touching the feet of the then Chief Minister was wrong. However, now despite of repeated announcements by the Chief Minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal to devoid all such things , the people and the Chief Minister has now , it is seems, have compromised all these habits and activities. However, Prof. Dhumal , the Popular Chief Minister, of Himachal Pradesh has gone one step ahead to all these actities by accepting money in closed envelops from the workers or people gathered in the functions at Kandaghat in the name of Chief Minister's relief fund. This step of the public or by the Chief Minister is not at all appreciable. The chief Minister should accept the Chief Ministers' relief fund by way of checkques / drafts/ I.P.O.

duly inscribing therein the name of the Chief Minister's relief Fund.The action taken by the public or by the Chief Minister, is not at all appreciable as the image of the Chief Minister, will be tarnished. The closed envelops un counted handed over to the Chief Minister with un counted money are not to be kept by the Chief Minister himself but these are to be handled

by the staff accomping him during the tour and no body on earth can believe that the un counted envelops and un counted money in these envelops can not be misused by any one.

From where this money came. Similar is the position of family members of Congress, B.J. P and Nationalist Congress party leaders. Why such hue and cry has ever been raised against the leaders of all such parties. Why such a controversy raised on wearing a garland of currency notes by Bahan Kumari Mayawati, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and biggest State of India and leader of the Dalits/ National President of Bahujan Samaj Party. The B.S.P. workers of Himachal Pradesh have congratulated its National President and the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for showing the boldness to get blessings of the people openly in the eyes of world and not only nation. The leaders of other political parties have no courage even to say that they have taken such gifts from the workers. They do it chori chhupe so that their image may not be tarnished by their workers and people of the country. The B.J.P. leader L>K. Advani has accepted Golden Crown but no body raised this issue. If a Dalit leader take blessings of the workers and people every leader of other parties including the Print and Electronic media raised hue and cry to tarnish the image of our leader. Such type of activities are not at all tollerated by the workers of the Bahujan Samaj Party in future. If any type of directions received from the BSP high command to counter such a controversy, it will be implemented without any hesitation.

                             The Poltics being played by Raj Thackeray, Bal Thackeray and Udham Thackeray in the name of Shiv Sena and M.N.S. is unfortunate. It seems that there is no Government is functioning at the Centre and the State of Maharashtra. There is a Goondagardi all over Mumbai by the Shiv Sena and MNS workers against the outsiders particularly north Indians. The language being used by these so called leaders of both the parties is quite objectionable and no action is being taken against these leaders by the Government . Due to non acting of the Government , their activities are being increased day by day. The leaders are targeting every one time to time . Cases should be lodged against all such who so ever of sediation against the country and punishment should be given to them under the Constitution of India. The news paper so called SAMNA should immediately be banned to be published. The burning statements against Mukesh Ambani, Sharuk Khan, Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Lalu Parshad and other leaders who speaks that they are Indian are being targetted by the Shiv Sena and MNS workers. The Central and the State Governments should act firmly otherwise Maharashtra State will be got separate from India by such elements through their Goondas.

INFLATION IN ALMOST ALL THE COMMODITIES OF DAILY USE.

Sita Ram Dhiman, Sr. BSP Leader, Hiachal Pradesh, at Shimla says that prices of almost all the commodities of daily use have been increased abt 70% within a year after coming the present UPA Government into power. The Pulses which were being sold Rs.30/- to Rs.40/- per kilogram are now being sold at Rs.80/-,Rs.90/- and Rs.100/- and more then that in some cases . Similarly, the sugar which was being sold Rs.16/- to 20/- per kilogramme is now being sold Rs.50/- and more in some pockets of the State. Like this the prices of every daily use such as washing and bathing soaps, toop pastes, milk, curd, desi ghee, cheeze, butter, and other eatables . Similarly, the vegetables prices are sky rocketing and people specially middle and poor class communities people are not able to purchase any vegetable for their daily use. The potatos were being sold Rs.30/- a month ago but now it is being sold Rs.10/- per kilogramme. The onion is still being sold at Rs. 25/- to Rs. 30/- a kg while it was being sold Rs.30 to 35/- a month ago. The tea , Shakkar, Gur , Rice, Edible Oils, Dalda all these daily usage are being sold very costly which are out of reach of a common man. The wheat atta and maize atta is also being sold at Rs. 20/- a kilogramme. Who is behind this price rise , the public wants to know. Both the political parties the Congress and the B.J.P. are throwing this price rise to each other and the common public is being crushed. In the Centre, the UPA Government headed by the Congress and the in the State of Himachal Pradesh, the Government is headed by the B.J.P. .These parties are creating dramas by organising processions and rallies against each other  but there is no respite in the price rise of any commoditiy. The people are being crushed and they have reached a point of starvation and feeling helpless. The building construction material i.e. steel, sand , bajari, Cement and the labour is so high costly now that no one can think of construction of houses for their living eccept those who have black money of money of number two i.e. money of corruption. By the posities of the Central and the State Governments, the richers are becoming rich whereas the poor are becoming poorer. If this prices rise is not controlled by the Cental and the State Government , the common man will stand up against these political parties and these Government and this can be ruled that there will be a SAMPOORAN KRANTI  in the country and no elected representatives or the bureaucrats will be safe in the hands of crushing common man in the country. There can be a marshalla which will be out of control for any of the Government as it will be the same as was movement were organised by the people for the indepence of their country.
