- I am retired as Class 1 Officer, H.P. Govt. as Assistant Registrar, H.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shimla. Belongs to a tiny village in Tehsil Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P. Continued to stay at Shimla after retirement.As NGO, Secretary, Bilaspur Distt. NGOs Association. Participated in Historic Strike for Punjab Pay scales during 1970 , arrested, terminated. After agreement,victimization removed. During 1980 strike for unity of the Federation, as State Press Secretary, NGO's Federation, arrested in Sadar, Baleauganj Police Stateions and Solan. Stike for 45 days.Victimisation after successful strike removed.
