On the date of swearing in ceremony of Central Ministry of New Narender Kumar Modi, i.e. on 26th of May, 2014, it was unfortunate that a Rail accident occurred in which many people died and many injured very badly. In Himachal Pradesh, a Bus accident occurred in Theog area in which 14 persons were killed including a former M.L.A. and his real younger brother. Now within a very short spell, now the popular OBC leader and newly appointed Rural and Panchayati Raj Minister, Gopi Nath Munde , died in car accident on 3rd of June, 2014. The new Government of NDA headed by B.J.P. is facing natural calamities and it tough time for the new Government. Such type of happenings are not favourable for the New Government. Only almighty God, can save all such bad happenings. Though, the policies and programm of the new Government are in favour of the people of India such as less Government and more governance, by keeping the small central Ministry by Narender Modi. This is a very Good step in keeping the economy of the country under control. The prices of Gold have started reducing which is also good news. The meeting of the newly constituted Committee headed by Mr. Justice Shah, to bring Black money to the country has also been concluded. Steps are very nice, let the time come that Indian People may see " Achhe Din " as yet as pronounced by the New NDA Government.

Subject: UPGRADATION OF DOORDARSHAN KENDRA SHIMLA

             PROVISION OF 24 HOURS SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC.



                            Till some time ago, the Doordarsan Kendra Shimla, was relaying its programs on part time basis from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. but for some days back, the Union , Information and Broad Casting Ministry had changed the timings from 4.PM to 8 PM to that of 3 P.M. to 7 P.M. which is arbitrary and wrong. The people 85% of the state are residing in rural areas of the Hilly State. Its terrain are quite remote and inaccessible due to autograph y of the State. The people were taking benefits of its broad casting within the timings of 4.PM to 8 PM but now the timings have been changed to 3PM to 7PM. People residing in urban areas are only about 15%. The people of rural areas are earning their two time meal right from early morning to late evening in their fields or on private working. They are unable to see the T.V. when they are on work. Similarly the population of urban areas are also out from their houses to the Market for shopping etc. and came back to homes late evening. Thus both the populations of rural and urban areas are quite un available at home to see the T.V. and list ion to the Regional News being broad casted by the Shimla Doordarshan Kendra. The people of the State of Himachal Pradesh was expecting that the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, will up grade this Kendra to 24 Hours but now it has changed the timings of the this Kendra to 3PM to 7 PM. This action of the Central U.P.A. Government is deplorable.
                           Therefore, it is requested to the State Government of Himachal Pradesh to immediately intervene and take up the matter with the Government of India to restore old timings of 4PM to 8 PM and further get the present Shimla Kendre to that of 24 hours working daily. Such type of discrimination by the Central Government with the State of Himachal Pradesh is un tolerable. Central Government should look into the matter very seriously and old timings of 4PM to 8 PM be restored and this Kendra may be upgraded to 24 hours service so that the entire population of the State could see / list ion the programs from Doordarshan Kendra undisturbed.

                                OBSERVATIONS ON CORRUPTION IN VERY HIGH OR YOU CAN SAY TOP BRASSES                                 IN THE POWER.

                In India, I am just observing for more then ten years ago that persons remained formerly  in power or at present in power are mostly corrupt. Power means whether Political ruling power, Bureaucratic Power, Power of big Industrial and business houses. By unfair mains , the money collected , deposited in foreign Swiss banks, dumped in Indian banks, invested in property, or spent on entertainment by the person in power, his family members, relatives and by the persons who are all around the person who is in top office of power, else where, any where. You can take example of 2,G scam, Coal scam, Fodder scam, or any other scam in which some of the politician who remained in power and did all such scams. In such scams, the money which should be distributed to the poor class, Middle Class of people, could have been used for the development of the country's far flung, remotes test nuck and corner. But by corrupt practices, the money when to the pockets of the persons who are now in jails, or on bail. 

                     The remedy is to catch all such persons immediately on summery inquiry if they found to have been indulged in corrupt practices, should be apprehended, try in fast track courts, jailed, their assets, properties made by corrupt practices should be confiscated and deposited in to Government treasuries

                      "In politics,when any one elevated to the highest office of power, who so ever, corruption in any way cannot be far away from him. But it should not come into public.Opposition leaders should not make it personal.I observed that India, who is in office of power, could not remain honest. The police,vigilance, CBI, Judiciary cannot punish every body. It is only the moral of each and every one who so ever in power, to remain honest.However, if the person in power, he himself is honest and the family members, relatives or his coteries are correct, the person on the heal of power, cannot be termed as honest."
