The on going cases of rape against Tarun Tej Paul and Mr. Justice Ganguli, are not new one. Such cases had been happened right from Sat Yug , Treta and Dwaaper also. The Danav had been forcibly caught the wives of the Devtas and rape them. Ultimately, the Rakshas / Danav had been born from such wives of the Devtas. Such Davan fought against the Devtas and put them in trouble at those times. Now the situation in 21st sanctuary have been changed. This period of Kal Yug. The girls / women reciprocates the  young boys and the men every where. This is the only reason that young boys and the men got attracted towards the girs / women. Later on , if the sex is done and both enjoyed that sex, if the girls / women are not satisfied with the continued sex or otherwise angry on other counts , they reported the matter to the advanced video technology , Police and courts. Ultimately, the situation got created which now Tarun Tej Paul and Mr. Justice Ganguli, with thousands others not being reported from the interior / remote areas of the country. Such cases in thousands being held daily in the country but every body is not caught and left out un reported. The nature is doing its own work. The mind set of the people has developed with their grown prosperity in daily life . The rich people does it more then the poor. Rich people do not dare of the law but poor people dares of it. However, all this being happened in the society is unfortunate. The law of the land will not be able to control it. It could only be controlled with the change of mind set of the people whether they are male or female. The Government through the local bodies should create awareness among the people of the country of such heinous crimes. 

EFFECT OF JUDGEMENTS/ ORDERS/ DIRECTIONS / SUGGESTIONS OF HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.

                              For some time past but recently some very very important Judgements/ Orders / Directions / Suggestions have been delivered and directions issued to the Central Government as also to the Chief Election Commission of India by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. In one such judgement, the public representatives after they are elected to the Public Office of M.L.A or Member of Parliament if found guilty and prosecuted by a court in criminal / corruption case and convicted for more then 2 years are to be debarred from contesting the future elections and if they are in position in their offices as M.L.A. or M.P. or Ministers , as the case may be , after the announcement of conviction for more then two years by the competent court, they are  automatically cease their such offices and they are no more public representatives from the date of their conviction. To remove this hurdle , representatives of all the political parties, decided that such directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India are dangerous to their future political career, and accordingly, the Central Government in its cabinet meeting decided contrary to the directions of the Supreme Court of India and an ordinance for promulgation was referred to the President of India for his approval. But , the God is there who gave advice to Mr. Rahul Gandhi , Vice President of the Congress party, though very late, who burs ted in a press Conference of Mr. Ajai Maken, that the ordinance is a nuisance and it should be torn ed and thrown into the dust bin. This dialog of Mr. Rahul Gandhi pick up political heat and ultimately, the Central Cabinet again met on 2nd Oct., 2013 and decided to drop the ordinance and the bill in question. To day Mr. Rahul Gandhi , admitted , that the language he used was wrong but he was right on his em motions.

                               In another important judgement / directions have been issued to the Chief Election Commission of India that one more button may be added in the voting Machine where it be noted that " none of them" means the voters will get their right of rejection of the candidates contesting the election from different parties / independents etc. If the voter has a right to vote and elect the person of his choice , he / voter must have a right to reject any person / candidate if he is not of his choice. Ms.Durga Shakti Nagpal: I.A.S. , S.D.M : 

                      The Utter Pradesh, Samaj Party Government, has suspended the S.D.M. , an I.A.S. officer, Ms. Durga Shakti Nagpal, purely on political grounds. She has done nothing wrong. Contrary to that she has saved the Government money and Government exchequer from the Mine Mafia, corrupt people. Virtually, there is no law and order in Uttar Pradesh and the Government is being run by the corrupts, goondas .In such circumstances, the Government of the State should act and after full inquiry at  his own level , if the things leading to such a situation, then he should recommend the President's Rule to the central Government. 

                        The central Government is not stable and the State Government are taking advantage of this week U.P.A. Government. The U.P.A. Government is totally failed on all fronts. It has failed to control corruption, black money, inflation and employment to the educated un employed youths. This suspension of an I.A.S. officer, wrongly and making her tool by the political parties is also wrong. In such circumstances the democracy of the country is at a stake. The People of India should think about all such activities of the Central UPA Government and also of the State Governments which are working totally independently without any control of the Central Government. In this case, the State High Court of Utter Pradesh or the Supreme Court of India should take duo motto motion and issue notices to the U.P. Government and after taking replies, if the U.P. DISASTER / HAVOC AT CHAAR DHAM YATRA ON 15TH AND 16TH OF JUNE, 2013.

                                There is no word to judge the power of the almighty God. Or you can also say the power of nature. We the human being does not know that they and their every activity is being watched by the representatives of the Almighty God , who have sent all of us to this human world. We can only watch our own interest where as the God is watching the interests of every one who came / born in this wast world. For our benefit, we exceed every limit despite of the fact that we know it. However, we are not honest in our life. This is the only cause , that when we are so selfish, the nature or the almighty God , came over the earth and does its work to make correction in your selfish work which we are doing with dishonesty.                       

                                What happened during Chardham Yatra on 15th and 16th of June, 2013, every body in the world know it. Till now, neither the State / Central Governments nor any private agency is having authenticity that how many human beings killed, washed away or still under debris untraceable. During past some years, the Almighty God has not done any dishonesty but we the people who may be local people or may be the SHRADHALLUs / Pilgrims are not at all honest in our day to day life. The life even after 25 days of the local people as also of the Pilgrims is miserable . No sensitive human being is able to tolerate the happening after the natural calamity held on the above dates. Whether about those who died and known that they are dead, some are missing and not traceable, the stories being relayed on the Television or A.I.R. , are heart felt unbearable .

Corruption erradication

The country is now being looted by the Politicians, Bureaucrats, Players, big business houses and all those who are in power, even the corruption has reached at the lower level at Village and Gram Panchayats level through MANREGA as the lab our being engaged is working at the houses of Secretaries and Presidents of Gram Panchayats, fals and fraud vouchers are prepared and money being hunted through corrupt practices. What to talk of BRITISHERS , the Indians are 99% more corrupt and country is being looted. No moral remain of any body and every body wants to be millionaires over night. RAILWAY AND GENERAL BUDGET 2013-14 OF THE U.P.A.GOVERMENT IN THE CENTER.

                         The Railway Budget placed before the Parliament on 26th of February, 2013 for the year 2013-14  by the Railway Minister, U.P.A. Government in the center by Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal , has not given smile on the faces of Himachalies this year also. The central Government is always discriminating the state of Himachal Pradesh for the last 65 years of its independence. This Government is chosen by the people of the country by by voting but remained unfruitful for Himachal Pradesh. The British Government who ruled the India for two hundred years, had constructed two nerrow gage Railway lines one from Kalka Shimla and the other is Joginernagar. The Central Governments till now have totally failed to watch the interests of Himachal People. This is shameful. If Britishers can construct Railway lines, why not our own elected Governments in the Center. 

                               Similarly, the General Budget placed before the Parliament by the Finance Minister, UPA Government in the center on 28th of February, 2013 for the year 2013-14 is also discourages for the people of Himachal Pradesh. No Industrial Package given being a special status Hilly State, no other big Projects announced for the people of the State of Himachal Pradesh. There is no big project in the state where the un employed educated youths could get the employment. The number of such youths in this tiny hill state is more then 12 lacs in a population of 70 lacs. There is no sugar mill in the State of Himachal Pradesh even the sugar cane in bulk is being produced by the farmers in Sirmour / Paonta Sahib area and in Una District of this State. There is no big International Airport in this state. No big Railway coach factory , no Defense Depot in this State. The people of the state are always at the mercy of Central Government. In the State some Hydro Projects are working where the employment has been done from out side the State. Similarly, the Cement Factories are functioning where also the employment is from the out side. 

                                      The people of this state are innocent and peaceful. If such type of discrimination is continued to be done with the people of this State , one day will come that all political parties will have to be compelled to launch an agitations against the central Government for getting their legitimate rights. Trade Unions Bandh on 20th of February, 2013.

Today 's Bandh of all India by 11 Trade Unions, is again unfortunate as the life of public has been disturbed and crores of rupees loss occurred in violence as also due to Bandh. The U.P.A. Government is responsible for such type of loss, as inflation is uncontrolled, un employment is un controlled, Corruption is un Controlled. After Mu gal Rule and British Rule, the own Indian rulers are looting the country very badly , it is due to wrong and bade policies of the U.P.A. Government.

             The U.P.A. Government in the center has no right to continue even for a day in such circumstances. The country's money is being embezzled by unscrupulous politicians, bureaucrats and influential rich people at the cost of every conman citizen of India. The entire black money should be brought to Indian Government exchequer immediately, the embezzled money in every Ministry should be confiscated to the Government exchequer immediately and corrupt people who so ever should be put in jail and should be punished by giving exemplary punishment other wise this country 's common man could not be saved at any cost.
