CORRUPTION ALL OVER THE COUNTRY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

At present the Indian country is only being run by the God and not by the public representatives sitting at the top i.e. in Government and opposition in the Lok Sabha, State Assemlies, Zila Parishads, Block Samittees and at Gram Panchayat level. Every where the news of corruption being heard on almost all the Electronic and Print Media.Whether you can take the case of "Adaras Building " in Mumbai where top class Polticians, Military Officers, Bureaucrats are involved on the behast of Kargil War Wards. The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha is blocked for almost during winter session on 176 lacs crores of Rupees Scandle by the Telecommunication Minister, A Raza and his associates. If the Central Government is sincere to run these augest Institutions why the Joint Parliamentary Committee is not being constituted? The public money is being misused by the Polticians who have been sent to the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha as no fruitful transaction have been carried out by these Auguest Houses. The corruptions in the buildings at Delhi are rampant. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has rejected the Petition of Allahabad High Court to expunge the remarks of corruption by the Judges. The land scandle by the Chief Minister of Karnatka is another biggest episode. The black money in foreign and swiss banks as quoted by the Swiss Bank that " All Indians are poor but India is not a poor country says one of the Swiss Bank Directors. He says that 280 lac crores of Indian Money is deposited in Swiss Banks which can be used for taxless Budget for 30  years .Can give 60 crores jobs to all Indian. From any village to Delhi 4 lane roads, Forever free powers supply to more then 500 Social Projects. Every citizen can get monthly 2000/- for 60 years. No need of World Bank & IMF loan. Think how our money is blocked by rich polticians. We have full right against corrupt Polticians, Bureaucrats, Military Officers, Judges etc. Every where there is a Land Scams, Every where there is a buildings Scam, every where telecommunication scam are going on . The entire money of the Indian poor people have been blocked by the rich dishonest as referred to above. Where the public may go for the redressal of their grievances. Similar situation is in the States. The Central Government schme " MNREGA" is being misused by the local village Panchayats and local public repreenatives for their own benefits by one way or the other. The Law of the Contempt of Court had been made by the British Rulers and emporers of British Rules for their safty. No one can say on corruption in the judiciary right from Supreme Court to the Sub-Judicial Magistrates with the fear of contempt. Such laws should immediately be dispense with so that every citizen may complaint through the Electronic and Print Media against the corrupt persons sitting in the judiciary. One step taken by the Supreme Court by refusing to strike off " rotten" remarks against the Judges of Allabad High Court. But this only does not serve the purpose. Who so ever are appointed and a authority Constituted for safe guard the interest of public to minimise corruption, that authority also become corrupt.
